**Position: Contract Specialist**

COSL Canada Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to join SCM team in Calgary.

This full-time position will focus on Service Agreements, negotiations, and supply chain materials closely working with Drilling and Completion Team.

Responsibilities Includes:

- Establish supplier agreements that reduce risk and add value through various sourcing channels including RFPs, RFIs, Single Source, or Sole source awards.
- Lead and execute sourcing events on behalf of the company under the Single Point of Contact segregation.
- Provide advice and guidance to ensure that renewals, contracts and amendments are properly approved in a timely manner per COSL SCM Contracting Process
- Support the Supply Chain team including the Manager with general counsel to develop agreements and sourcing templates.
- Deliver executive summaries and proposals for leadership as required.
- Monitor RFP requirements, and coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Ensure governance to processes and procedures by coordinating with suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate supplier commercial agreements.

Requirements Include:

- At least 5 years of experience in a procurement role focused on contracting is an asset.
- International projects experience is an asset
- Previous experience with oil and gas projects,
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written.
- Bachelors’ degree either engineering or commerce, Supply Chain
- Skilled with Microsoft office, including Excel

**Salary**: $61,948.00-$65,963.00 per year
