**Dixon Automotive Group is looking for a Manager to join our Car Rental team**

The Dixon Automotive Group is a local family owned and operated company consisting of KIA of Brockville, Smiths Falls KIA, Brockville Nissan, 6 Dixon’s Car and Truck Rental locations and 5 CarStar body shops.

As a key member of the automotive group, the Car Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of all rental branches. They are also the sole lead on our Long-Term Rental Division - a growing sector of our business, contracting vehicles to commercial projects across Canada.

**Position Duties**:
Tracking and coordinating vehicle maintenance.

CVOR compliance and MTO transactions.

Damage claim recovery and repair coordination, while maintaining maximum fleet usage.

Divisional billing, receivables and monthly reporting.

Customer relations, new and existing, including sales prospecting through, but not limited to, website leads, online tenders and telephone interactions.

Assign and follow up on leads generated by the website with other branches.

Coordinating vehicle movements between branches and clientele.

Other administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Extremely organized and self-motivated.

Quick thinking with creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines and changing priorities.

Strong computer skills, use of Microsoft Office and industry specific programs.

Knowledge of social media would be considered an asset.

Previous car rental experience preferred.
