**Job Title**: Logistics Site Manager

**Job Summary**:
Manage, plan, and coordinate the warehouse and transportation operations of a Neovia Logistics facility, including formulating policies, managing daily operations, establishing metrics, and planning the use of materials and human resources to meet the business requirements.

**Job Duties**:

- Plans and coordinates work within corporate strategies, policy framework and designs, and implements logistic and supply chain strategies, to meet both short and long-term goals.
- Motivates subordinate staff to enhance their contribution, through leading a positive work culture, reviewing and assessing performance, and supporting professional development.
- Integrates sales forecasting, purchasing, warehousing, and transportation to support our client’s operation and optimize costs.
- Prepares timely, accurate management information and reporting as specified and requested by key stakeholders. Oversee the analysis of client data to establish trends and/or uncover areas for supply chain management improvement.
- Provides direction and guidance for continuous quality improvements, and works with management team to develop and implement operation changes to reduce costs and/or improve efficiency utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ management experience.
- 5+ years’ relevant experience.
- Experience with warehouse management system software. SAP experience is an asset.
- Financial Management skills in budget preparation and working a business plan.
- Excellent command of the MS Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledgeable in local prevailing government legislation and requirements. Good understanding of the inbound container operation for the Port of Vancouver.
- Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TQM background desired.
- Counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment and Reach Truck forklift skills and experience training others on these equipment preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Work is primarily sedentary. Sits comfortably to do the work; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, or lifting item weighing up to 15 pounds.

**Salary**: From $110,000.00 per year
