**Position**: Construction Worker - Roofing, Siding, and Weatherproofing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Roofing**: Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- **Weatherproofing**: Perform weatherproofing tasks such as sealing and insulating to protect homes from moisture, drafts, and temperature fluctuations.

**General Construction**: Assist with other general construction duties as required, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in roofing, siding, and weatherproofing.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools related to roofing and siding work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

- Siding: 5 years (required)
- Construction: 5 years (required)
- Roofing: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
