GHD is seeking a junior to intermediate level, field and laboratory technician/technologist for Mississauga’s location.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Performing geotechnical laboratory testing of soils, aggregates and concrete
- Conducting stie inspections of geotechnical materials including compaction quality control testing, concrete inspection and testing, asphalt testing, subgrade evaluation, reinforcing steel inspection, etc
- Preparing technical reports

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering diploma or certificate;
- 1 plus year of relevant experience;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- CCIL Type B aggregate certification, CSA/CCIL certification or ACI level 1 and 2 certification for concrete testing an asset;
- Knowledge of field geotechnical drilling with soils sampling and follow-up laboratory testing is an asset
- Good client relationship skills
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
