**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and data.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using company software or microsoft programs as needed.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Data entry for daily cargo operations
- Support other administrative tasks as required
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with microsoft word, excell, outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
