**The Position**

UCRS is seeking a full time **Shipping and Receiving Associate **to join its operations team in Welland, ON**.** We are looking an associate for warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and housekeeping of other assigned areas. Forklift experience is required

The position will be in-person, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) from 7:00AM To 3:30PM.

Hourly wage: $18.00 - $20.00

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped.
- Load and unload trucks using forklift.
- Organize, label, and move goods in the warehouse, including maintaining logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse area and workspace.
- Update and maintain inventory logs and organize order paperwork.
- Perform additional duties as requested by their supervisor(s).

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous forklift experience is required.
- Ability to pick up weight up to 50 Lbs.
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends.
- Computer proficient, especially with Microsoft office and Excel.
- Experience within a manufacturing/warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines and schedules.
- Ability to be organized and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated team member who works well with others.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Welland, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
