As a key member of the Ace Landscaping Team, the Landscape Assistant Coach will work both in the field and in the office. The role will be dynamic, challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to refine and develop your leadership, problem-solving, communication skills and expertise.

- Valid Full G Driver's license in good standing
- Problem solving skills

- Two years of related experience is desirable
- Lead by example and supervise Captains and Teams
- Schedule workers' tasks and follow up on job progress
- Ensure the quality of work performed
- Conduct staff training sessions, and participate in the hiring process
- Budgeting, money handling, and relevant financial aspects
- Perform manual duties if needed
- Competitive wages ($25.00 - $33.00 per hour) depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time Year round, Full-time Seasonal
