We're looking for individuals who:

- Hold a valid ECE Assistant certificate from the BC ECE Registry.
- Have a genuine interest and experience in providing quality care and support to young children.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Are responsible, reliable, and committed to the full duration of the temporary assignment.
- Are able to contribute to a safe and nurturing environment.
- Are Canadian Citizens, have Permanent Resident status, **OR** hold an open work permit such as PGWP, **OR** hold a valid study permit and meet the following criteria: are a full-time student currently enrolled at a designated learning institution in a post-secondary academic, vocational or professional training program that is at least 6 months in duration and leads to a degree, diploma or certificate, and have already commenced the program of study.
- Have passed a Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Check.
- Can provide references showing they are of good character.

**What You'll Do**:

- Replace or support Early Childhood Educators in daily routines and activities.
- Engage children in play-based learning and development.
- Assist with basic care needs, such as mealtimes and hygiene.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Communicate effectively with educators/owners and potentially with parents/guardians.
