**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Ø Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and reactions to different strains.

Ø Ensure continuous learning and up to date knowledge on new cannabis products on the market as well as industry trends.

Ø Process customer payments using the POS systems.

Ø Ensure all customers who come through the store have their identification checked to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements for being in store.

Ø Maintain inventory of Cannabis products both front and back of house.

Ø Work collaboratively with other team members towards store goals; communicate openly and honestly with team members and store leadership team.

Ø Support with completing tasks and duties within the store architecture, as assigned.

Ø Follow all operational rules, policies and procedures as directed by the company and management; demonstrate attention to detail in all operational procedures, ensuring operational excellence.

Ø Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers including municipal, provincial, and federal legislation and LGCA/SLGA and Cannabis Regulations.

Ø General housekeeping duties; and

Ø Other duties as assigned.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
Ø High School Diploma or Post-Secondary education.

Ø Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

Ø Highly organized and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Ø Team player with customer service experience

Ø Knowledge of cannabis, products, and strains as well as a passion for the industry.

Ø A valid Smart Choices/Cannasell Cannabis retail certificate would be an asset.

You Are an EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR with a passion for customer service and sales.

You Are a CONTINOUS LEARNER always making sure to keep up to date with the cannabis industry news and trends.

You Are HIGHLY ORGANIZED maintaining high standards within the store at all times.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**:
Ø At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a retail store environment.

Ø Experience of using POS systems and inventory management systems.

Ø Experience of working in the Cannabis industry is an asset.

Ø Experience working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
