**DUTIES**:
Zesty is looking for an experienced and dynamic **Mediterranean Restaurant Manager** to lead our team and ensure the smooth operations of our fast-paced Mediterranean restaurant chain. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional fast casual experiences and have a strong background in restaurant management, we’d love to hear from you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of cooks, servers, and support staff, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Ensure high food quality, consistent presentation, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering ingredients and supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Negotiate prices with vendors/suppliers and regularly compare with others to ensure efficient cost management
- Develop staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Implement sales strategies to increase foot traffic and promote special menu items and catering services.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and work to meet revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient restaurant environment.
- Track customer review performance on Skip, Door Dash and UberEasts
- Request and encourage customer reviews on Google and other food apps

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Mediterranean cuisine.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with shawarma preparation and Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
- **Customer Service**: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Certifications**: ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $28.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
