New Westminster, Canada BC COASTAL PROJECTS LTD Full time

We are seeking a Skilled Construction worker with 2 years minimum job site experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Drywall repairs and patching

Tile repairs

Patch and paint to repair areas

Furniture moving and assembly

Clean up and disposal of materials

Pick up & drop off materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a skilled laborer in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in relevant trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

**Requirements**:
Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm onsite

Overtime and weekends may be required on occasion

A minimum of two (2) years’ proven construction experience for a general contractor working with office renovations.

Must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada

Clean Driver’s License

Criminal Record Check

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $26.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
