Hardscape Crew Lead

**Who are we?**

Berkshire by Teak Tree Enterprises Limited has been offering quality landscaping maintenance and construction services to residential and commercial properties owners throughout HRM for over 35 years. We currently have four main divisions of operation: Excavation, Landscape/Hardscape Construction, Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Hardscape Crew Lead. This job would consist of working alongside our Hardscape Manager with clients, suppliers and designers as well as leading your own crew to successfully complete the installation of hardscape projects (paver patios, retaining walls, fire pits, planters, etc.). You must have experience in the construction industry and be capable of operating a mini-excavator. Specific hardscaping experience and ability to read construction and grading plans are assets.

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
