Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation, working with service integrators to ensure a smooth and efficient deployment.

Provide techno-functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

Design, develop, and integrate SAP S/4HANA with non-SAP ERP systems using SAP CPI, BTP, PI, and ABAP.

Develop and enhance FIORI apps, Smart Forms, and ABAP-based customizations.

Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP best practices.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with SAP and industry standards.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.

Work closely with service integrators to drive SAP implementation success.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP teams.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation.

Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.

Strong integration experience with non-SAP ERP systems using SAP CPI, BTP.

Proven experience in collaborating with service integrators to implement SAP S/4HANA.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders.

Experience in Airline Cargo or Logistics domain is a strong advantage.

SAP certification in S/4HANA or related modules is an advantage.

Experience with SAP Activate methodology and cloud-based SAP solutions is preferable.

Deep understanding of SAP security, authorization concepts, and performance optimization is highly preferred.
