We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter/Framer with expertise in various construction and remodeling tasks to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Accurately read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Frame walls, ceilings, and other structural components using various materials, such as wood, metal, or engineered lumber.
- Install drywall, ensuring proper placement, taping, and finishing for a seamless appearance.
- Construct and install structural supports, including beams, columns, and joists, in accordance with project requirements.
- Install siding materials, such as vinyl, wood, or fiber cement, ensuring proper alignment and weatherproofing.
- Work with concrete, including forming, pouring, and finishing for foundations, slabs, and other structures.
- Participate in bathroom and kitchen renovations, including cabinet installation, tile work, and fixture replacement.
- Collaborate with other skilled tradespeople, such as plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians, to ensure project success.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Framer or in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and other technical documents.
- Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 3 years (required)
- Framing: 2 years (required)
- Concrete forming: 1 year (preferred)
- Siding: 1 year (preferred)
