Overview

The role of the Dishwasher/kitchen prep team member is to ensure quality and consistency the Monasaba cleanliness. Their dedication to clean and with unparalleled execution is what will keep guests happy.

The Dishwasher position is to maintains kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by

performing the following duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collects and cleans dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans and related food use items.
- Safely operates dishwasher and checks items for cleanliness; loads appropriate soap levels and time cycles.
- Stores cleaned, dried items in proper places.
- Removes garbage from area and disposes of in proper waste containers. Operates garbage disposal unit.
- Cleans floor of any spillage of water, detergent and/or foodstuffs per safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Washes worktables, walls, floors, and department equipment.

Job Requirements:

- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 50lbs
- Must be able to stoop and bend
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions

Pay Rate:

- $16-$18 per hour depending on qualification

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Tips

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- On call

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
