The Account Payable will report directly to the Accounting Manager and is a role for ensuring accurate payment to suppliers.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Match purchase orders confirming prices and quantity to vendors’ invoices.
- Accurate data entry of invoices into bank system
- Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and document
- Pay vendors by verifying invoice of materials or services; scheduling and preparing cheques;
- Respond to vendors inquires in a timely and professional manner
- Manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for payables
- Additional responsibilities will be assigned by your immediate supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Detail oriented with organized skills, and ability to multi-task
- Passionate about doing accounting work
- A good understanding of retail processes
- Wiliness and ability to sustainably learning
- Self-driven and an excellent team player
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
