**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients, including evaluating medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans based on individual patient needs and health goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.
- Provide nutrition education to patients and their families, addressing specific dietary concerns and promoting healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to integrate nutrition into overall patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Stay updated on current research and trends in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Offer exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution; Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential preferred.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of dietetics.

Pay: $28.59-$45.57 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
