**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, bars, and desserts according to established recipes.
- Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to comply with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Decorate pastries with artistic flair, using various techniques to enhance presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and best practices in the kitchen environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to special requests or dietary restrictions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or similar role in the food industry, preferably within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in decorating and presentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A passion for creating delicious baked goods that exceed customer expectations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $39,520.00 per year
