Reporting to the EA Entertainment Senior Producer, Franchise Lead and working within the EA Entertainment global executional production team at EA Vancouver - this Producer will be responsible for working as part of a team of Producers tasked with delivering high quality video & design assets as part of a major global marketing campaign. You will manage AAA campaign assets from gameplay and cinematic trailers to key art and brand defining design systems. You will manage, execute, and deliver all Tier 1 assets for our cross functional partner teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the internal Creative and Production teams to guide the creative execution and production of AAA assets for a global entertainment and gaming audience.
- Manage script development and provide creative and editorial feedback to the creative partners ensuring vision is aligned with brand vision, schedule, budget and quality targets.
- Maintain asset trackers and sync with partners to ensure understanding of asset production statuses and timing.
- Manage multiple projects at once and reduce risks throughout the production process.
- Create workback and production schedules based on delivery dates and keep interested parties (music groups, localization teams, creative, studio & legal teams etc) updated.
- Organize frequent creative reviews with dev, brand, activation, talent, licensee's/licensors and other team members to solicit feedback and approval on latest cuts.
- Initiate music licensing and composition requests with EA's music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits.
- Quality check all assets for accurate spelling, required legal copy, ESRB ratings, correct end slate CTA's, and ensure files are error free.
- Manage post-production vendors w/ Franchise Lead & Head of Production including reviewing bids for accuracy, consistency and once approved, initiate SOW's and PO requests.
- Source in-game assets for vendors including working with our internal Capture team and game producers to understand asset availability.
- Send trailers and other assets to EA's Legal team with proper caveats for review and confirm required disclaimers.
- Sync with EA's localization team to confirm on time delivery of localization projects and assets.
- Build shoots alongside external production vendors including budgeting, casting, facilities and scheduling, prop list.
- Forecast and maintain asset production budgets
**Skills**:

- You are an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on solutions.

**Qualifications**:
- 5+ Years’ experience in Producer roles.
- Previous marketing experience is a major plus
- History in creating, organizing and executing the production of video and design assets
- Experience with Live action shoots, Key Art, Design & motion systems, Video trailers, Screenshots
