**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist CAT Team with Administrative functions to allow CAT Team to have more time to be customer facing with our clients
- Paying Invoices
- Assisting in the closure of IA reviewed files
- Assist Team Leaders with administrative tasks at the onset of a CAT
- Assist in administration of XactAnalysis files
- Job shadow with current employees

**What you bring**:

- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of building materials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Xactimate/XactAnalysis software would be a benefit

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.

**Background checks**

This role requires successful clearance of a background check (including criminal checks and leadership references).
