**Role Description**

This position is located at Kal Tire on Hopkins Street in Whitby, ON.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tire removal, installation, and repair services safely for passenger and commercial tires. This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired, or, replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods.
- Provide a great customer service experience.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to excel in a physical environment and comfortable lifting 50lbs.
- Strong communication skills with the desire and ability to deliver outstanding customer service experiences every time.
- Safety mindset, willing to wear all required PPE, and follow all safety procedures.
- Valid Driver’s License
