**Duties**
- Assist experienced tradespeople in carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimates.
- Participate in welding activities as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and find solutions during projects.
- Continuously learn new skills and techniques related to the trade through hands-on experience.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of carpentry principles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and their safe operation.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for understanding how tools and machines operate.
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and take direction.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety on the job site.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
