**The Opportunity**:
Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Information Security, will lead, direct, expand, and mature a cloud security program. This hands-on position drives the development, deployment, and maturity of our Cloud Security operations, tools, and services. This position also manages the daily activities of a highly technical staff of security engineers and analysts that are focused on all aspects of Cloud Security program.

**You are great at**:

- Working in a fast paced and changing environment while handling multiple tasks and directives.
- Managing security services in cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, and Azure
- Providing leadership for cloud security tools and service architectures
- Process automation and optimization experience - e. g. Python/PowerShell scripts (or language of choice)
- Managing perimeter protection tools that include DDoS, IPS and WAF
- Solid documentation skills - you need to ensure your work can be picked up by anyone without confusion
- Evaluating competing security solutions for effectiveness, building businesses case to gain executive leadership approval
- Picking up new technologies, learning about new systems and unravelling how they are used
- Collaborating with other teams to fix security misconfigurations / vulnerabilities
- Performing special projects and other duties as assigned
- Leading the growth, development and support of cloud security resources
- Review and reporting on team performance

**What it takes**:

- Hands-on in the trenches experience leading large highly technical teams
- Significant experience across cloud security, especially in understanding modern challenges and corresponding solutions
- Experience with cloud environments, e.g., AWS, GCP and Azure
- Experience in cloud security architecture, tooling, processes, and organizational alignment
- Creating and refining metrics to articulate and measure program performance.
- Leading security incident response activities both on-premise and in the Cloud
- Expertise with container security technology, including Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry Application Runtime, Cloud Foundry Container Runtime and Anthos
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment while handling multiple tasks, priorities, and directives. Capable of working under pressure.
- Strong written and communication and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively relate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years working with cloud security environments
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working in IT Security
- CISSP, SANS, AWS, Azure and GCP certifications preferred
