Description:
We are currently hiring a Punch Press Operator for our sheet metal fabrication shop. The main responsibility is to operate and set up our Amada CNC Punch Press to produce precision sheet metal parts. You will work from drawings, ensure parts meet specifications, and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Key Duties:

- Operate and set up Amada punch press machine
- Load materials, monitor machine operation, and inspect finished parts
- Read and interpret simple shop drawings and measurements
- Maintain equipment and report any issues
- Work safely and efficiently as part of the teamvbb

Qualifications:

- Experience operating Amada punch press (preferred)
- Sheet metal or fabrication experience
- Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools
- Brake press or welding experience is an asset
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.89-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Punch press operator : 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
