If you’re looking to have fun while you work, then this is the place for you **What we’re looking for** We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our Vaughn Mills location. **What you’ll be doing** - Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent - Looking for marketing opportunities and participating in Company/Mall initiatives - High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge - Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including front of store demos - Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics - Executing company standards in all store operations - Day to day retail activities such as merchandising, receiving inventory etc. **What you’ll need to be successful** - A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail - An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience - In tune with various social media platforms - An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers - Superior time management and organizational skills - Flexible availability - including days, nights, weekends, holidays - Demonstration experience an asset - FUN **What we offer** - Salary Range of 40K to 50K - Monthly bonus program - Comprehensive benefit package - Excellent employee discount - Access to learning and development - Flexible work schedule - An opportunity to grow your strengths - A place to let your personality shine - FUN As one of the world's largest retailers of its kind, Showcase “Home of the Hottest Trends”, has 100+ permanent stores in North America's best shopping centres.
