**Job Description**:
The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the proposal process and creating impact by bringing great ideas into action by producing/issuing proposals to our clients.
**Essential Duties**:
- Coordinating all aspects of proposal process including RFPs and informal proposals.
- Manage the proposal document, including planning, organizing, driving and directing content writing for all workstreams.
- Creating and writing persuasively, including original content or customizing existing content for prospects and clients.
- Converting effort estimates to financial numbers through preset tools.
- Carrying out quality assurance of the process to ensure content is edited and finalized for required criteria, content, consistency, and branding.
- Coordinate a team of individuals assigned to develop individual proposals.
**Qualifications**:
**Abilities, Experience and Knowledge**:
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience coordinating sales proposals.
- Experience in the IT or Technology industries will be an asset
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office / 365 software with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- High attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Effective communicator with enhanced ability to write and modify content
- Ability to perform under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Effective project management skills for handling several proposals concurrently
- Possesses at least one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication
