We are currently seeking a **Receiver **with experience working in a steel shop to join our Edmonton fabrication shop. This is a day shift position.

The key duties of this position will include (but not limited to):

- Perform material handling duties in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate overhead cranes, unload structural steel (up to 60' long)
- Receive materials and match to purchase order/packing slips
- Assign job/heat numbers to structural steel received
- Place raw materials in appropriate racking
- Bring materials required for active jobs in a timely manner
- Track and replace materials taken out of inventory
- Previous experience working as a Shipper/Receiver in a steel shop
- Experience operating the overhead crane would be considered an asset
- Motivated self-starter
- Safety conscious
- Good team player
