Network Deployment Specialist

On behalf of our client in Brampton ON, Ignite Technical Resources is looking for a Network Deployment Specialist for a 6-month contract opportunity.
**Role**:
Reporting to the VP Of Customer Operations, the role will be responsible for flawless delivery and execution of their propriety network product to enterprise clients.
The Network Deployment Specialist will be working with internal teams, telecom partners and enterprise customers to gather requirements, design architecture, deploy/implement and provide operational support of the product.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, deploy, and maintain the network platform components across customer infrastructure on-prem and cloud.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the product (hosted in AWS platform)
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the design and deployment phases of a variety of projects
- Create and maintain base platform designs based on standard customer installation requirements
- Work with the Product Team and customers to understand complex projects and goals from initial project inception
- Work with the sales team to assess customer business and infrastructure needs, representing the requirements for our platform, and determining proper design
- Demonstrates the value proposition to the customers of recommended designs
- Work within a team responsible for the deployment and maintenance of platform components (internal and external)
- Facilitate internal and customer meetings needed for the project
- Ensure the product teams are in sync on the project scope and deliverables Maintain documentation for platform software compatibility, security compliance, and system requirements
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of cloud and edge software deployment experience
- Knowledge of REST API’s and basic browser debugging (network calls, statuses, etc.)
- Previous experience/troubleshooting with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in AWS in general, hands on: CloudFormation/Terraform/Crossplane.
- Extensive knowledge in IP Networks
- Experience with the design, implementation, and troubleshooting highly scalable systems
- Network troubleshooting and enterprise platform experience
- Mobile / LTE (4G/5G) / Radio Access Network (RAN) knowledge
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
**Nice-to-haves**:
- Telecommunications experience is preferred
