The **Talent Acquisition Specialist** contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Foods Canada team by executing staffing initiatives with the goal to increase PFC's potential for success in all areas of attraction and selection. Reporting to the Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide recruitment support for our PepsiCo Foods Canada corporate functions.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including: posting positions, screening resumes, provide short lists to hiring managers, scheduling/conducting interviews, creating offer letters and employee files, and processing background checks
- Implement the delivery of client focused, cost effective and timely recruitment services for all corporate HQ positions.
- Conduct innovative sourcing strategies by leveraging new platforms and social media to tap into passive talent pools
- Opportunity to contribute to/lead projects related to employer branding, talent strategy and outreach, and diversity, equity, and inclusion

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Solid knowledge of hiring practices and employment legislation required
- A definite team player
- Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of differing tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suites
