Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated, ambitious, and enthusiastic Sales Representative with an entrepreneurial drive who is eager to grow in a fun, dynamic work environment. The Sales Representative will cover the following service areas: Oakville, Guelph, Burlington, Milton, and Mississauga.

Crown Lift Trucks Canada operates 8 full-service branches in both Ontario and Quebec offering complete service solutions including maintenance programs, parts supply, as well as training.

We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team Here at Crown, you have the ability to write your own paycheque with a competitive base wage and a great commission structure that allows you to increase your take-home pay.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell assigned products in a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts.
- May work in a team approach and assist other sales positions with territory management and communication.
- Make sales calls to qualify prospects. Generate leads. Involvement in information gathering efforts and/or tracking and follow-up of leads and inquiries.
- Participate in training activities both locally, and in the field.
- Work with various departments within the branch to understand their function and objectives with particular focus on activities related to the position for which they are training.

QUALIFICATIONS
- College Diploma, preferably in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program.
- 2+ years of working experience in sales preferred, however willing to train.
- Valid driver’s license.

SKILLS
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
