**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the paint team to ensure accurate color matching and a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in vehicle refinishing preparation in a collision repair setting.
- Familiarity with Sikkens products is a significant asset.
- Experience in a high-volume facility with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch results.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other departments.
