We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Expeditor to join our Procurement team, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services while supporting critical functions such as purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and finance. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Supply Chain Expeditor you will:

- Expediting and Vendor Relations: Expedite and follow up on past due purchase orders, maintain constant contact with vendors and shipping companies, and ensure deliveries align with production needs.
- System and Data Management: Update and maintain accurate system information, including data entry in SAP and other systems, while supporting Bus Customer Service purchase order management.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop, collect, and format department KPI data, generate timely reports, and ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting to support SCM and procurement activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance processes, reduce costs, and support alternative sourcing initiatives.
- QUALIFICATIONS
As the Supply Chain Expeditor, you will have:

- A university or college degree/diploma (an asset) and 2+ years of expediting or customer experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (prior experience is an asset) and advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
