Job title: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Location: Massage Addict Milton North, Milton, ON

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver professional massage therapy services to clients using a variety of modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, prenatal) based on client needs and your scope of practice.
- Conduct initial client assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address musculoskeletal concerns and wellness goals.
- Document treatment notes accurately in the clinic management system and maintain client records in compliance with CMTO guidelines and clinic policies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment space; follow all infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment goals, aftercare, and home-care recommendations.
- Manage appointment flow, respect treatment times, and coordinate with front-desk staff to optimize scheduling.
- Collaborate with clinic team to deliver a positive, supportive client experience; participate in team meetings and ongoing education.
- Uphold professional standards and stay current with industry best practices and CMTO regulations.
- Promote and upsell services or products in an ethical, client-centered manner where appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Current liability insurance and ability to provide proof of coverage.
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor, reliable, punctual, and capable of working well within a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required by the clinic schedule.
- Legal right to work in Canada.

Preferred skills and attributes:

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Knowledge of clinic management systems and digital charting (training provided if needed).

Schedule and compensation:

- Full-time or part-time opportunities available; shifts typically include evenings and weekends to accommodate client availability.
- Compensation structure: market-competitive pay with a combination of base wage and service-based commission, plus potential performance incentives. Details provided during interview.
