We are a busy and growing multi-doctor group of veterinary dermatology specialty clinics. We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team at our Vancouver location.

**Responsibilities**
- Create a welcoming environment for patients and clients
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Schedule, track, and follow-up on appointments
- Maintain practice software including client and patient record management
- Process payments and maintain cash register

**Qualifications**
- Veterinary Office Assistant or Medical Office Assistant certificate preferred; new grads are welcome
- Basic computer skills are required
- Cornerstone experience is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
