Brampton, Canada SmartStyle Hair Salon Full time

Smartstyle Hair Salon is currently seeking a skilled Salon Manager to lead our busy hair salon, located in Brampton. A valid Ontario College of Trades (OCOT) License is required for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Role model/coach for consistent quality & excellent customer service.
- Run an efficient, profitable salon while increasing weekly and monthly sales.
- Recruit & train new Stylists.
- Create a weekly schedule, based on Customer flow.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
- Deal with customer and stylist issues
- Provide quality haircuts & excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of hair salon management experience.
- Current Ontario College of Trades license.
- Advanced Computer Skills.
- Dedication to great customer service.
- English as your first language.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Hairdressing: 5 years (preferred)
- Management: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario College of Trades Hairdressing license (required)
