**Position Purpose**:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent of the position is responsible for the planning and execution of all warehouse shipments/receiving operations and inventory management.

**Specific functions**:

- Create manifests for daily shipping needs
- Plan transfers/pick-ups
- Generate pick lists for the daily schedule
- Picking and shipping of orders on time
- Responsible for handling complaints with carriers
- Negotiate and get the best transportation rates available
- Supervise warehouse staff with the help of the branch manager
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Comply with all security policies and procedures and ensure the safety of warehouse employees
- Conduct monthly inspections of the workplace and send it to the Director of Human Resources
- Perform inventory accounts
- Work collaboratively with the branch manager to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist in hiring warehouse staff
- Other assigned functions

**Skills and qualifications**:
Forklift operator license required

2 years of warehouse supervision experience

Excellent communication skills; must be able to work well with others.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Possesses superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision

Strong leadership skills

Attention to details

Demonstrate leadership in achieving the company's short
- and long-term goals.

Basic computer skills required in Microsoft Office

Lifting capacity: 50 lbs plus

Overtime may be required
