**Island Honda is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team.**

You will be the face and voice of the establishment. This is a great opportunity to learn and assist in several different aspects of the day-to-day operation of an automotive admin department and advance your career in the automotive/customer service industry.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Daily cash handling and reporting.
- Vehicle inventory and posting. Including taking photos and writing descriptions.
- Social media.
- Assisting in the day to day operations of the sales department.
- Office supplies monitoring and ordering.
- Filing and general office organizing and cleaning.

Skills & Requirements:

- High attention to detail and excellent follow through.
- Must be very organized and focused.
- Willing to learn new processes and take on more responsibilities as needed.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, polite, quick-learning and adaptable nature.
- Genuine commitment to providing caring and courteous client service.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with multiline telephone systems.

Experience in an office setting preferred, but willing to train the right applicant.
