**Outline of the Role**
- Hire production and support staff as required
- Onboard all new employees, including Safety, GMP, completion and submission of onboarding documents
- Act as health and safety lead including implementing safety programs and heading safety meetings
- Manage training program of current employees, including tracking requirements, scheduling courses and yearly refresher training courses
- Maintain personnel files for all employees while being a strong resource for the employees and management staff

**Skills and Requirements**
- Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing/ production environment
- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma
- Proficient with different recruitment tools and interview techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Additional Information**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
