Human Resources - Administrator (Temporary Assignment - 24 Months)

Role Review

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your professional customer service skills becoming the key point of contact to assist Team Members with their general enquiries. You will be able to collaborate with the HR analyst allowing you to improve and provide the most appropriate answers to their questions in a respectful and timely manner. At TMMC we strive for perfection in the quality of our vehicles. We aim to strive for perfection in giving a quality service to our Team Members too.

What you'll be doing
- Help Team Members at TMMC and other Toyota manufacturing facilities in North America with their HR-related questions and information
- Help manufacturing Team Members understand and navigate Toyota's HR processes, system, and policies
- Triage 80-100 questions per day, determine when a question should be escalated and work with the appropriate escalation contact to ensure a proper handoff
- Respond to Team Member questions using existing document library
- Ensure each question that is received is resolved or escalated within 24 hours or less
- Routinely and independently review dashboards for pre-defined KPIs
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the “Ask HR” experience, process, and knowledge

Desired Skills and Experiences
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience within a Customer Service, Human Resources or similar role is required; will consider relevant co-op and summer employment experience
- Strong team building and positive attitude as well as problem solving and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office 365 Proficiency
- Customer Service Mindset and Behaviour
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Knowledge of HR and Team Member services outside of HR
- Possess a meaningful sense of Toyota values and customer service in daily activities
- Able to support travel within North America.
- Must be flexible to work in Cambridge and/or Woodstock plant locations
