The Customer Service Representative at SinglePoint is a professional, responsible, and goal-orientated individual who handles mainly inbound and occasional outbound customer interactions with a high degree of customer service, sensitivity and urgency. We have a permanent **full-time opportunity** and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational scheduled between the operating hours of
- Monday to Friday between 8am to 10pm
- Saturday and Sunday between 8am to 6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services
- Troubleshoot and schedule service calls
- Handle customer service calls with urgency, empathy and a strong commitment to resolving outstanding customer issues
- Assist with customer related payment solutions and billing inquiries
- Document customer calls with accuracy
- Resolve customer account discrepancies
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earn additional compensation

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Experience working in customer service, Contact Centre experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine appropriate course of action
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Compensation**
- Hourly rate of $15.00/HR
- UNCAPPED bonuses and commissions up to $1000 additional per month
