**Job Title: Child Minder (Part-Time)**

**Position Summary**:
The Child Minder will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children during the program hours. This role is essential in helping parents participate in their healing journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and care for children in a safe and respectful manner
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean and organized space
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents as needed
- Support a culturally sensitive environment in line with Oshki-Giizhig’s values

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or early childhood setting
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about Indigenous cultures and trauma-informed care
- Clear Criminal Abuse Check, Child Abuse Check, and Adult Abuse Check
