- Supervise and coordinate office operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Utilize Sage 50 for accounting tasks and financial record-keeping.
- Take charge of the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.
- Payroll
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payables
- Answering Phones, directing calls
- Mail
- Deposits

**Skills**
- Proficient in clerical tasks with a solid understanding of office management principles.
- Familiarity with professional communication etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with Sage 50 or similar accounting software.
- Experience with Payroll.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
