**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Chen Chen's Nashville Hot Chicken. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your contributions will help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
