**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the firms lawyers, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, bankers, real estate agents, and fellow team members to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain organized files and records for all transactions and client interactions.
- Utilize customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in administrative roles; experience in real estate, banking, or a law office is an asset. On the job training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to providing exceptional support to clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Salary and Benefits**
- Salary is negotiable and commensurate with level of education and experience.
- Health, Dental, and Vision Care benefits are provided following completion of a probationary period.

Pay: $21.00-$23.50 per hour
