**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including [insert a few key roles, as examples], administrators and other professionals
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process
- Identify hard-to-fill roles and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract new talent
- Provide hiring managers with regular weekly status updates on hiring progress and adjust the strategy as required
- Identify, share and implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition
- Provide regular reporting and metrics to all appropriate stakeholders
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities and other community organizations/groups
- Lead, champion and organize regional campus recruitment activities and other local/regional events
- Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI as an employer of choice online and all appropriate forums/events

**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**
- A university degree is preferred
- An HR designation is considered an asset
- Experience in Healthcare is preferred
- 5+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment required
- Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to identify talent from innovative forums
- A collaborative approach - a strong team player
- Proven organization, communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Superior relationship building skills at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to network in person and online
- A superior focus on the details, proactive and tech savvy approach
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft products and recruitment technologies
