- PrecisionCare Physiotherapy has been in operation for over a decade, with three locations throughout Coquitlam and Vancouver. We are seeking a new receptionist to join our company who believes in our vision of unhurried and personalized care, quality service, and full rehabilitation.
We are looking for someone who is both passionate about helping people and enthusiastic to be an integral part of our health care team. You should be reliable, diligent, and flexible. The job requires exemplary oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, problem solve, and take initiative.**Responsibilities**:
- Handling phone and fax line
- Scheduling appointments and receiving payments
- Billing extended health insurance companies
- Communicating with ICBC, WCB, and lawfirms
- Light cleaning procedures
- Enforcing Covid procedures
- Opening and closing procedures
- Providing patients with the best possible experience**Qualifications**:
- At least one year receptionist experience, or
- At least two years customer service experience
- At least two years post-secondary education
- Fluency in English
- Multilingual an asset
- Availability on weekends
- Willingness to commute to another location if temporary coverage is needed
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Additional pay:
