**Your Role**

As a **Pilates Instructor**, you'll lead high-quality, apparatus-based group classes using **Balanced Body Reformers**, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, ballet barres, and more. You will empower clients of all fitness levels through dynamic, results-driven sessions in a safe and inspiring environment.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Certified in full apparatus Pilates** (minimum 450 hours or equivalent)
- **Experience teaching group classes**, especially on the reformer
- A **strong, motivational, and positive presence** in the studio
- Contemporary understanding of classical Pilates principles
- **Reliable, punctual, and a true team player**:

- Excellent communication skills and a **client-first attitude**:

- Willingness to learn or use scheduling software (e.g., ClubReady)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead dynamic **group reformer Pilates classes**:

- Instruct **private, semi-private, and demo sessions**:

- Ensure the studio remains **clean, safe, and well-equipped**:

- **Engage with clients** regularly through check-ins and support
- Promote studio **memberships, packages, and retail offerings**:

- Create a **welcoming, energizing atmosphere** in every session

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Additional pay:
