**Main Responsibilities**:
**_Accounting_**
- Conduct the daily invoice process and ensure its monetary accuracy
- Assist Head Office in Accounts Receivable collections and resolve customer accounting inquiries and billing issues
- Approving installer invoices

**_Sales Administration_**
- Review sales orders, ensure product orders are invoiced, and cross reference invoices to delivery documents.
- Organize cancellations and inventory changes and provide to management on a timely basis

**_Inventory Management_**
- Assist Warehouse Manager with inventory management
- Review inventory on a periodic basis, including spot counts, to ensure inventory accuracy in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager
- Manage year-end inventory counts in conjunction with the Store Manager
- Submitting freight and warranty claims
- Other administrative duties as required

Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,000
