Irpinia Kitchens Ottawa is a fast-growing company and we are seeking a strong Administrative Assistant to join and support our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Preparing and administering customer proposals & contracts.

Preparing purchase orders and invoices.

Assisting our Designer with documentation for our customers.

Answering and routing calls to the appropriate departments.

Assisting customers and recommending the best solutions.

Assist with scheduling of delivery and installations, through a specialized software.

Maintain and monitor office supply levels and re-order when necessary.

Other Operations & Administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of kitchen cabinetry would be an asset.

Three years of related operations/service experience.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills.

The ability to work in a team environment.

Strong computer skills.
